I would like to order a personalized drawing, where do I send my pictures? After check out, send pictures to: pingping@pingpingart.com

What kind of pictures do you need? Full body or face shot? Either or both are fine, as long as the picture is clear.

What other information do you need for the personalized drawing? You can provide as much or as little information as you like. You can leave it open for me to create or give me detailed guidelines. You may provide pet's photo, favorite color, favorite character, picture of a star with the pose that you really love… I will incorporate what I feel best suit the drawing.

If I order a personalized drawing, what will I get? You will get a digital file and a print in the mail.

What if I don't like my drawing? I will make the drawing as beautiful as can be, but still look like you. So far everyone loves their drawing. I will work with you to make small changes. However to keep the drawing affordable at it's current price, I will not do major revisions.

Do you give refunds? Sorry! No returns.

How long does it take to finish a drawing? The drawing will usually take less than a week. After completion, it will be shipped the next business day if no further changes are required. Shipping time will depend on your location.

Can you include my sister and I in the same drawing? It will take twice the time to draw 2 people. I will charge 75% more for each additional character in the same drawing. Please email me for such requests.

Can I get a painting on canvas? Yes, I can make a portrait of you in acrylic on canvas. Paintings start at $500 depends on size, email for details.

Do you draw boys too? If the boy pays.
